Quality has been a key value since our company foundation in 2005. Our philosophy is that we do not compromise on quality.

In 2010 our complete quality system has been revised together with an external consultant, and has been setup according to ISO9001-2008 guidelines.

In September 2010 our quality system was audited by TUV Nederland QA BV, resulting in a certification in October 2010.

For all products that we service at RESER, a product record is maintained. This product record consists of all documents, forms and records that are used and filled in during the refurbishment process.

The main document used during the refurbishment process is the route sheet. The route sheet details the complete trajectory of a robot going through the refurbishment process. Each task in the process needs to be signed of by the engineer performing the task before moving to the next item.

The route sheet assures that each individual task will be performed according to our procedures, and that we can trace back easily any deviation.

The product record also contains:
  • Incoming inspection report
  • Project details sheet (An overview of all replaced/refurbished parts)
  • Measurement data sheet containing all calibration data
  • Current graphs
  • Repeatability graphs
  • Laser alignment and leveling sheet

After completing the refurbishment and tests, the robot is transferred to our operational qualification department.

The appointed engineer will perform the operational qualification, which is a point-by-point check. Each test is documented in detail to assure that each robot is tested in exactly the same way.

After completion the robot is installed in our wafer shuffle test bench, which is the final test prior to shipment.
